Distribution: Type locality: Bosque Co., TX. Similar Species: Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: • Nepticula belfragrella Chambers, 1875 • Nepticula belfrageella Braun, 1917 Taxonomic Notes: [Gelechioidea - no genus] belfragrella (Chambers, 1875), incorrectly spelled as belfrageella in Chambers (1878) (unjustified emendation), was formerly placed in Nepticulidae and is now regarded as belonging in Gelechiidae (Van Nieukerken et al. 2016).
