Description/
Field Marks:
A member of the gemmalis species-group. See Heppner (2023), Lepid. Novae, 15(3-4): 139; fig. 34, 37-38, 40-41, F7, M7.
Similar Species:
  • Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.)
Synonymy: Chalcoela gemmalis Hulst, 1886Chalcoela bjerkandella [sic].- Hulst, 1887:21, misid. (not Thunberg, 1784)Choreutis silphiella.– Kearfott, 1902:114, misid. (not Grote, 1881)
