Distribution: Lectotype (argenteana): Loveland, CO. Holotype (idahoana): Blackfoot, ID. Similar Species: Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: • Paedisca argenteana Walsingham, 1895 • Eucosma idahoana Kearfott, 1907 Taxonomic Notes: Pelochrista argenteana (Walsingham, 1895) includes as a synonym Pelochrista idahoana (Kearfott, 1907) in Wright (2007).
