Distribution: Canada: YT, BC, AB. Similar Species: Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Taxonomic Notes: Eana osseana of authors; (not Scopoli, 1763) refers to the species with female genitalia illustrated in Obraztsov (1962:187, fig. 7) and possibly to specimens from western Canada which DNA barcode places in BOLD:ABZ7263, a BIN group near BOLD:AAA6264, the BIN for "true" osseana (Michael Sabourin, pers. comm., 2024). (new since Pohl & Nanz (eds.) (2023)
