Distribution: Type locality: Northern California and southern Oregon. Description/ Field Marks: An outwardly angled inner fascia from costal to dorsal margin encloses a basal costal patch; a poorly formed subterminal band from anal angle to apex. Similar Species: Aethes baloghi Aethes patricia Aethes seriatana Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.)
