Distribution: Type locality: Port Colborne. ON. Similar Species: Cochylichroa hoffmanana (Kearfott, 1907) is best separate by dissection. Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: • Cochylis avita Razowski, 1997 Taxonomic Notes: Cochylichroa avita (Razowski, 1997), n. sp., Acta. Zool. Cracov. 40:133, was formerly in the genus Cochylis, Zootaxa, 4671(2):195-222.
