Distribution: Type locality: Brownsville, Cameron Co., TX. Similar Species: Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: • Naniteta elassa Franclemont, 1973 Taxonomic Notes: Lacosoma elassa (Franclemont, 1973) was previously placed in the genus Naniteta, now a junior synonym of the genus Lacosoma in St Laurent et al. (2018).
