Synonymy: Athyrma ganglio Hübner, 1831
Taxonomic Notes: Athyrma ganglio Hübner, [1831] from Florida, previously regarded as an undescribed species and listed as Athyrma ganglio of authors; not Hübner, [1831] in Lafontaine & Schmidt (2010), is treated as an extension of the known range for "true" ganglio in Troubridge (2020), Insecta Mundi, 0789: 25.
