Description/
Field Marks:
Caution: all identifications of specimens, including those dissected or DNA barcoded, should be considered tentative. The type specimen of Stigmella nigriverticella is missing and it's true identity may be uncertain. Further investigation is needed.
Similar Species:
  • 16a0013 Stigmella macrocarpae: has a wider medial white band.
