Larva and Host Plants: Host familiy: Fagaceae.  Host genera: Castanea Chrysolepis[=Castanopsis] Fagus Quercus.  Host extended: leaf miners (Eiseman 2020).  (Kimberley & Douglas 2025) Similar Species: Pinned specimens of related species.
