Similar Species:
  • 2216 Ymeldia janae Hodges, 1965 bears little resemblance to Besciva but images previously shown for that species would appear to refer Besciva.
  • Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.)
Taxonomic Notes: Besciva n. sp. is listed in Kimball (1965:278) from Florida.
