Field Marks:
Wings white with veins 11 (R1) and 12 (Sc) connected.
Genitalia: See Heinrich (1937).
Similar Species:
  • 5310 Rupela segrega, requires dissection.
  • 5311 Rupela tinctella has both a brown and white form; the latter requires dissection.
  • Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.)
Synonymy:
  • sejuncta Heinrich 1937 (Rupela) - MONA 1983: 5312; Type locality: Harris County, TX. Paratypes: TX, GA, FL, AL, “Staten Island” (presumably NY)
