Host Plants:
Host familiy: Pinaceae.  Host genera: Abies Larix Picea Pinus Tsuga.  Notes: 90% of records on Tsuga (Powell & Opler 2009); Ontario records lean towards Spruce (Raizenne 1952); mines in spruce needles in autumn and early spring, later feed externally new foliage (Eiseman 2020)...  (Shropshire & Douglas 2025)
