Larva and Host Plants: Host familiy: Betulaceae Salicaceae.  Host genera: Betula Populus Salix.  Notes: Populus [for Apotomis dextrana McDunnough] (Robinson et al 2002).  (Shropshire & Douglas 2025) Genitalia: See Adamski & Peters (1986). Similar Species: Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: spinulana (McDunnough, 1938) (Aphania) - MONA 1983: 2757; Holotype: Churchill, MB.
