Larva and Host Plants: Leadplant [Amorpha canescens]. (see references) --  -- Host familiy: Fabaceae.  Host genera: Amorpha.  (Kimberley & Douglas 2025) Similar Species: Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: eclipsana (Zeller, 1876) (Grapholitha) - MONA 1983: 3438; TL: Dallas, TX. Taxonomic Notes: Ephippiphora eclipsana (Zeller, 1876), n. comb. in Hu et al. (2023: Appendix S4). The name Ephippiphora, revived status, was formerly teated as a synonym of Grapholita (new since Pohl & Nanz (eds.) (2023)).
