Host familiy: Betulaceae Myricaceae Ulmaceae.  Host genera: Alnus Betula Comptonia Myrica[unresolved] Ulmus.  Notes: spatulate leaf cases (Eiseman 2020); leaves (Falkovitsh 2006).  (Shropshire & Douglas 2025)
