Larva and Host Plants: Host familiy: Asteraceae.  Host genera: Ambrosia Helianthus Symphyotrichum[=Aster].  Notes: Delphinium(?).  (Shropshire & Douglas 2025) Similar Species: 59a1723 Landryia impositella Pinned specimens of related species. Synonymy: matutella (Clemens, 1860) (Butalis) - MONA 1983: [NEW]; TL: not given ambroseaiella (Chambers, 1873) (Sinoe) Taxonomic Notes: Landryia matutella (Clemens, 1860), n. comb. in Kemal & Koçak (2006), was formerly in the genus Asymmetrura Landry, 1991, a junior homonym of Asymmetrura Farina, 1981. A former synonym of impositella Zeller, matutella is treated as a full species in Landry (1991).
