Larva and Host Plants: Host familiy: Betulaceae Pinaceae Rosaceae Salicaceae.  Host genera: Alnus Betula Larix Malus Populus Salix.  Host extended: leaves (McGuffin 1958); [It is possible Alnus Betula & Larix maybe in error or unusual records].  (Kimberley & Douglas 2025) Similar Species: Pinned specimens of related species.
