Larva and Host Plants: Host familiy: Ericaceae Pinaceae Rosaceae Sapindaceae[Aceraceae] Tamaricaceae.  Host genera: Acer Prunus Pseudotsuga Rosa Spiraea Tamarix Vaccinium.  Host extended: polyphagous on trees & shrubs (Forbes 1948).  (Kimberley & Douglas 2025) Similar Species: Pinned specimens of related species.
