Larva and Host Plants: Host familiy: Betulaceae Fagaceae Juglandaceae Malvaceae[Tiliaceae] Oleaceae Rosaceae Salicaceae Sapindaceae Ulmac..  Host genera: Acer Betula Carya Crataegus Fraxinus Hamamelis Populus Prunus Quercus Salix Tilia Ulmus.  Host extended: polyphagous on trees (Wagner et al 1997); many forest trees & shrubs (Wagner et al 2001).  (Kimberley & Douglas 2025) Similar Species: Pinned specimens of related species.
