Larva and Host Plants:	Host familiy: Betulaceae Fagaceae Juglandaceae. Host genera: Carya Ostrya Quercus. Notes: [It is likely host plants are embedded in former synonym Hyperstrotia villificans]. (Shropshire & Douglas 2025)
Description/ Field Marks:	Hyperstrotia nana is apparently represented at BOLD by BIN BOLD:ACE6422 based on range.
