Distribution: Florida. Larva and Host Plants: Host familiy: Nyctaginacea.  Host genera: Pisonia.  (Shropshire & Douglas 2025) Similar Species: Euthisanotia argentata Druce, 1894, raised from synonymy of E. poeyi to full species status in Troubridge (2020), is extralimital to the US and Canada.
