Host familiy: Betulaceae Elaeagnaceae Rosaceae Salicaceae. Host genera: Alnus Amelanchier Betula Populus Salix Shepherdia. Notes: in the Pacific Northwest,may be a specialist on Populus tremuloides (Crabo et al 2014). (Shropshire & Douglas 2025)
