Larva and Host Plants: Host familiy: Hydrophyllaceae Saxifragaceae.  Host genera: Lithophragma Nemophila Pholistoma.  (Shropshire & Douglas 2025) Similar Species: Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: marina (Grote, 1874) (Hadena) - MONA 1983: 9403 Taxonomic Notes: Viridiseptis marina (Grote, 1874) was in the genus Oligia in Hodges et al. (1983) (Checklist). This species was provisionally listed in the genus Aseptis in Lafontaine and Schmidt (2010) and transferred to Viridiseptis, new genus, in Mustelin & Crabo (2015), ZooKeys, 527: 95-97.
