Host familiy: Betulaceae Pinaceae Rhamnaceae Rosaceae Salicaceae.  Host genera: Alnus Ceanothus Holodiscus Fragaria Malus Prunus Pseudotsuga Salix.  Host extended: polyphagous (Poole 1989); generalist feeding on many kinds of hardwoods (Crabo et al 2014).  (Kimberley & Douglas 2025)
