Host familiy: Poaceae.  Host genera: Dactylis Elymus.  Notes: grasses (Poole 1989); broad-leaved grasses (Powell & Opler 2009); climbing cutworm on seedheads of coarse grasses (Crabo et al 2014).  (Shropshire & Douglas 2025)
