Larva and Host Plants: Host familiy: Fagaceae.  Host genera: Chrysolepis[=Castanopsis] Quercus.  Notes: specialist on Fagaceae (Crabo et al 2014).  (Shropshire & Douglas 2025) Similar Species: Pinned specimens of related species.
