Similar Species:

Synonymy: Phalonia hubbardana Busck, 1907
Taxonomic Notes: Cybilla hubbardana (Busck, 1907) was formerly unassigned to genus in Meltzer & Brown (2014). Pogue (1986) proposed the genus Cybilla for this species in his unpublished Ph.D. dissertation and is nomen nudum (unavaillable). Brown (2019) published the name Cybilla, new genus, Zootaxa, 4671(2): 202.
